This site was born in 1994 as a personal page in the IAE servers. Back then the web was not yet quite for the masses and it was not commercialized as now. Back then SPAM was almost unheard of. So, this pages were born out of a personal initiative to bring the good things about Panama to the general public, not that biased negative publicity which you typically heard on US television.
