Description: Laguna Beach, on the edge of the “Mbodiène” lagoon, face to the ocean, in the heart of a tropical garden, about one hundred kilometres south of Dakar, the gate of the Sine-Saloum.
Mbodiene is a small quiet village which runs along the lagoon and the sea. Six kilometres to the south is the village Joal-Fadiouth, home of the first President of the Republic of Senegal, Léopold Sédar Senghor. It’s one of the most accessible places for the Saloum, and a starting point towards "more in the south".
Our services : local Senegalese art craft shops, computer centres, telephone booths, foreign exchanges, safes.
