Description: Leverick Bay is on Virgin Gorda's north east shore, on an inlet on the North Sound. Virgin Gorda has a population of approximately 2500 people. One road takes you across the length of the island, which is approximately 8 miles long, to Spanish Town (or commonly referred to as the Valley) and further onto the Baths. The Leverick Bay Resort property is owned by 2 partners, one local man and an English woman. The resort was developed in 1982 and renovations were completed in 1991. All businesses on the property lease space from the owners. The villas in the neighborhood are owned by private individuals. We, as a management company, represent and rent these vacation homes on behalf of the owners.
