This page tries to wrap up the most important information about Hietsu Beach Volley Club in English. For more information please contact HBV board members in e-mail address hallitus in domain hbv.fi Hietsu Beach Volley Club was founded in 1995 and the amount of members has grown every year since. In the year 2003 we had over 250 active members taking part in HBV actions: weekly games for men and women (king of the beach style!), weekly games for fixed teams, HBV championship and other member tournaments, parties and sauna evenings just to mention few... We are training and playing at the biggest and best beach in Helsinki, Hietaranta or "Hietsu" as everyone calls it. Open map to Hietsu and click "ETU-TÖÖLÖ" to find Hietsu beach ("Hietaranta"). Buss number 55A will take you there from the center or you can walk, it´s just 2 kilometres or so.
