Instead of STOP SIGNS we have GO SLOW signs. No cars, just golf carts and bicycles to get around and of course your own two feet. Caye Caulker is a small island with about 1000 inhabitants. There is 3 main streets and all the others in between. It is hard to get lost, unless your coming home from the bar after a few to many Belikins
